2011 General Election Voter Guide


Mecklenburg LGBT Political Action Committee (MeckPAC) is pleased to announce the organization’s endorsements for the following local races that will appear on the November 8th General Election ballot (Early Voting begins October 20 – go to www.meckboe.org to find times and locations for Early Voting).   

 

MeckPAC’s endorsements are based on candidates’ responses to LGBT-specific questionnaires (questionnaires were provided to all candidates), on interviews when applicable, and on any public record the candidate may have on LGBT equality issues.  If you are interested in viewing the candidates’ responses to the questionnaires, please Contact Us

To find the polling place where you vote, go to: www.sboe.state.nc.us, then click on “Voting in N.C.”, then click on “View Your Polling Place”, then enter and verify your street address.

Note: Some polling locations were changed early this year. You should have received a new voter registration card indicating the new location if your polling location changed.
