Mecklenburg Gay & Lesbian Political Action Committee (most commonly known as just "MeckPAC") is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization whose mission is to mobilize the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) community and its many allies in Mecklenburg County to vote and participate in local elections; to educate local elected officials about issues of importance to the LGBT community, and to hold local elected officials accountable for their votes on such issues.
