How Do I Register to Vote?
 
Registration is easy.
You can register in one of four ways that is most convenient for you:

1 by downloading a registration form via one of these two websites and following instructions on the website and the registration form about how to submit it

http://www.meckboe.org (once on this site, click on "Voter Registration/Update Form" midway down the left-hand navigation column, when the next screen opens scroll down and click on "NC English" to print the form)

2 by picking up a registration form at a public library or major post office and following the instructions on the form about submitting it

3 by registering when you obtain or renew your N.C. driver's license at a DMV office

4 by going directly to the office of the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections to register (see address below)
